Oops! Kim Kardashian Ordered Christmas Cards With Kris' Face On Them!

That's a whole lotta waste now! We hope she recycles them, or donates them to art therapy so people can learn how to erase someone from their lives through Crayola.

Yes, right before the honeymoon, Kim Kardashian jumped the gun and ordered a ton of Christmas cards with her official wedding portrait on them. That obviously includes 72-day hubby Kris Humphries' face on it. Oops!

An inside source says:

Kim is a planner, and is obsessed with details, and a total control freak. She wanted her Christmas cards to be perfect, and she wanted at least 10 different choices of holiday cards, black and white, matted finish, you name it, Kim thought of it.

The proofs were delivered to Kim in mid-September, and she conveyed to the owners of the company that she was very pleased with the results. Kim said she would get back to them with a final choice, but alas, she never did, for obvious reasons.

Ahhh, so okay, at least they never printed. No waste, no foul. We're sure the people who worked on them were compensated very well.

As for Kim, she's already shot the back-up Christmas card. On Monday she tweeted:

Shooting our family Christmas card today. u guys will love our theme this year. Hanging w the fam is the best! Then off 2 see Rob dance!

Oooh, we can't wait to see what that theme is! We have some guesses, but we'll keep those to ourselves… we'll let the suspense build.

What do U guys think the theme will be??

Kim Kardashian's Christmas Cards May Not Be So Merry

While other sit with Santa this holiday season, Kim Kardashian may spend some time with the Ghosts of Husbands Past. No matter how hard she tries, the girl can't escape her recent divorce from Kris Humphries. But unlike most reminders of her failed marriage, this one is her own doing.

Radar Online reported that Kardashian received proofs of her Christmas cards, which features her and Humphries on their wedding day. According to the article, she saw the photos in September and, pleased with the results, promised to make a decision soon. Too bad she wasn't as pleased with her marriage and never placed an order.

A source close to Kardashian said the reason for the early delivery was her OCD. "She wanted her Christmas cards to be perfect, and she wanted at least 10 different choices of holiday cards, black and white, matted finish, you name it, she thought of it," the source told Radar Online. I guess sometimes it pays to procrastinate.

Luckily Kardashian can still send some holiday love to friends. She spent a day shooting photos with her parents and siblings for a family card. Lord knows Christmas would suck without some type of Kardashian cheer.

Merry Xmas from Kim’s fake wedding!

With Christmas slowly creeping up on us, and Santa preparing to work the one day of the year he’s required to work (unless he’s bailed out by yet another cartoon character who has to save Christmas … seriously, every year it happens. Santa hasn’t actually worked since 1959.) it’s time to break out everyone’s favorite almost tolerated holiday obligation: Christmas cards! And like all irritating newlyweds, Kim Kardashian decided to use a picture of her wedding as the card this year, except whoops! That was a sham cash-grab that ended after only two months. Ho ho ho and such. RadarOnline reports:
Before departing for their short honeymoon to the Amalfi coast, Kim instructed the stationery company to prepare options for her Christmas cards, featuring their official wedding portrait which was taken on the staircase inside the Montecito estate where the nuptials took place. “Kim is a planner, and is obsessed with details, and a total control freak. She wanted her Christmas cards to be perfect, and she wanted at least 10 different choices of holiday cards, black and white, matted finish, you name it, Kim thought of it,” a source close to Kardashian tells RadarOnline. “The proofs were delivered to Kim in mid-September, and she conveyed to the owners of the company that she was very pleased with the results. Kim said she would get back to them with a final choice, but alas, she never did, for obvious reasons.”
And once again, we all learn an important lesson about how you shouldn’t take Christmas card pictures in August because no one wants a Christmas card with a subtext that says “Merry Christmas! We were able to contain our thinly-veiled disdain for each other just long enough to look almost happy together for the sake of paper well-wishes. One of us will cheat on the other by New Year’s Eve!”

What Kim Kardashian Taught Me About Marriage

celebrity couples, Cupid's Pulse, dating advice, Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries, wedding, celebrity divorce
I finally caught Kim Kardashian’s wedding special while I was home sick one day, and now there are two hours of my life I wish I could get back.  Three days later, when news of her impending divorce broke, I wasn’t surprised at all.  I mean, anyone who tuned in to her wedding special could tell that the couple barely liked each other.  I was originally ready for Kim to go away, but Lord knows I love a great reality show train wreck.  So, I couldn’t look away.
While Ms. Kardashian and I couldn’t be more different, we also have a few things in common.  We’re the same age, in love with being in love and have a particular affinity for high heels and hair extensions.  I then came to the conclusion that Kim Kardashian could teach me a thing or two about marriage:
Womens Intuition Is Real: There is a small part of me that actually feels bad for KK.  I have to believe that beneath all the makeup, the spanx, and the money, there’s a real person with actual feelings.  Putting myself in her very expensive shoes, I wonder what I would have done if I had that “this isn’t right” feeling in the pit of my stomach. Knowing that when I called off the wedding it would affect so many people and would make me feel bad.
Money and Marriage Don’t Mix: By Kim selling out her wedding, getting married became part of her job description.  This is where it gets tricky, because marriage should be about love between you and your partner … and that’s it.  I highly doubt that anyone wants to pay me to film my wedding (if you do, call me!), but this was a reminder to keep my eyes and mind on what matters, and to keep it sacred.  The more you treasure it, the more you should protect it.
Eloping may be the way to go: I’ve always wanted a fairytale wedding, but watching this Kardashian sh*t show has really forced me to re-evaluate my priorities.  It seems as if we forget that marriage is not about the wedding day, the dress and the registry.  It’s about joining your life with someone else’s, whether he lives in Minnesota or not, and whether there is an NBA lock-out or not.  There’s simply is too much emphasis placed on the wedding, and not on your future life together.
And, ladies and gentlemen, I want the life.  I want that happily ever after.

Kris Humphries claims Kim Kardashian wedding was fraud?

Kris Humphries is seeking an annulment from Kim Kardashian because he believes the marriage was a fraud, it has been claimed.
A rep for the basketball player confirmed on Wednesday that Humphries will seek to annul his marriage to the reality star.

A source has since come forward saying that Humphries felt like a pawn a game.

"Once they were finished taping, [Kardashian] just didn't need a groom anymore," the insider told TMZ.

A friend added that Humphries had no idea he was involved in an alleged scam.

"He would have never flown in his childhood pastor to marry them and involve his church," the friend said.

Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31 after just 72 days of marriage.

She recently admitted that she needs to be more realistic about her expectations in love, and that she must stop believing she's living a fairytale.

Kim Kardashian hires lawyer to confront ‘staged’ wedding accusations

Kim Kardashian is suing a publicist who once worked for her and is now implying on television that the reality star’s marriage to Kris Humphries was a sham. “it was obvious it was staged,” Jonathan Jaxson told Fox’s good Day L.A. on Friday, while promoting his tell-all book about the pursuit of fame. “For me, it was fake because Kim said previously that she … didn’t want to get married weeks prior to the wedding itself.”

Jaxson also claimed that he worked with Kardashian in orchestrating a phony engagement to NFL star Reggie Bush in 2007 by arranging photographers to catch her shopping for a ring. “we turned it around and made it a media spectacular,” Jaxson said. “never were they engaged. it was all for pure publicity.”

Kardashian has hired Los Angeles attorney Marty Singer to sue for defamation and, according to TMZ, she’s asking for $200,000 in damages. In an emailed statement, Singer said:

“As a result of Jonathan Jaxson communicating outrageous false statements last week, Kim Kardashian commenced legal proceedings on Friday afternoon against Jaxson.

Mr. Jaxson sought to get his 15 minutes of fame to promote his alleged book by falsely stating he was Kim’s publicist. Mr. Jaxson was never Ms. Kardashian’s publicist. In fact, in March 2007, Jaxson apologized in writing to Kim for referring to himself as her publicist.

My client is exercising her legal rights and remedies just as anyone else would do under these circumstances.”

On the phone, Jaxson tells EW that he wasn’t implying that Kardashian’s wedding to Humphries was a fraud, only that it was choreographed by a television show that demanded a heightened sense of artificial reality. On his website, Jaxson posts photos of he and Kardashian together, as well as email exchanges, and insists he has “never signed an agreement with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian.”

“I only put them up after the lawsuit [reports] because I wanted people to see the proof because I was being attacked by this claim that she doesn’t remember me,” Jaxson tells EW. he claims he was initially Kardashian’s publicist and continued to do her favors, such as leaking rumors and news. “Like, she doesn’t remember me? Really? And I only worked with her on a blog? That’s such a blatant lie.”

Jaxson also stands by his admission that he helped Kardashian orchestrate her non-engagement engagement hoopla to Bush. “it is a true statement,” he says. “I have proof. I have the emails where we set this up.”

Jaxson has yet to be served with any legal papers, though he says he called Gloria Allred’s office today and would love for her to take up his case, if necessary. Jaxson’s book, Don’t you Know Who I am Yet? in which he promises “salacious details” about his work as a Hollywood publicist, is “being self-published for the most part,” according to the author, and is expected Jan. 2.
